Jatayvis Kiyon Brown, BM, DOB 3/18/2004, was contacted on 12/28/2022, by Ofc Cody Moore.
Brown was detained with HHP member Rmoney Thomas, and ATK member, Nathaniel Niyuhire. Ofc Moore documented that Brown is known to associate with HHP member, Antonio Owensby and has been known to hangout at 2709 NE 20th, a known gang hangout. Finally, Brown's Facebook page had photos of him throwing HHP hand signs.

Jaden Dashaun Burrell, BM, DOB 4/04/2003, was documented on 5/13/2023, by Cpl Kinnison.
Burrell is known to associate with HHP member, Amir Kariem. Burrell was depicted in a photograph on Facebook flashing a gang hand sign. Burrell was detained with HHP member, Makhi Johnson (APD IR# 22-504223 & 21-522991).

Trammal Deshon Calloway, BM, DOB 11/17/2003, was documented on 2/01/2023, by Cpl Kinnison. Cpl Kinnison documented that Calloway was arrested with other known gang members on 8/10/2019, and again (APD IR# 23-511277). Calloway is depicted on his Facebook and Instagram page flashing gang hand signs. Calloway also has "J.O.B. X HHP" on his bio.
Calloway admitted to being HHP in Instagram bio. Finally, Calloway is known to associate with Clifton Holman and Dante Sauls. (APD IR#19-517288). Found in possession of firearms after visiting known HIP gang members at 3229 N. Hill (APD IR# 23-51 1277).

Lareque Prince Carter, BM, DOB 7/20/2004, was documented on 3/21/2023, by Cpl Kinnison.
Ofc Kinnison documents that Carter was involved in shootout with rival gang members in a known gang area, 1722 NE 16th Ave. Carter has "Real HHP" on his Facebook page, Finally, Ofc Kinnison documented that Carter was detained with HHP member, Chad Lewis (APD IR#23-505066).

Damarlon Tyshon Colbert, BM, DOB 2/28/99, was documented on 2/26/2024, by Cpl Kinnison.
Colbert admitted to PCSO Sgt Hooker that he was a blood while he was incarcerated in Potter County jail. Both Potter County and Lubbock County have Colbert documented in TxGang as a blood gang member. Colbert was wearing a red shirt and a red bandana when booked into PCDC. Colbert was shown on social media showing bloods gang hand sign in a photo in June 2023. Finally, Colbert was detained with known HHP members (APD IR# 17-518903). Colbert was listed a suspect (rcf. IR# 21-510513) with other HHP gang members.

Logan Nathaniel Contreras, WM, DOB 9/27/2005, was documented on 6/11/2023, by Cpl Kinnison. Contreras was detained with known HHP members on 6/09/2023 and on 5/25/2023 for narcotics and weapons violations (one of the APD IR# 23-501326). Contreras had "NawfCide FREE THE GUYS MAN" in his Instagram bio which is a sign of crips affiliation. He is also seen in photos flashing gang handsigns.

Semaj Devionne Dora, BM, DOB 6/16/92, was documented on 5/16/2023, by Cpl Kinnison. Dora is depicted in numerous photos on his social media wearing blue. Was shown in a photo with a large group of Rollin 60's Crips. Replaces ck with co in posts, which is common with crips. Uses the HHP emoji & "#Flycrippin". Was involved in the shooting of Big Stevie (APD IR# 22-514683). Suspect in an aggravated assault with HHP members, Jeronte McCampbell & Daviar Terrell Lajua Johnson (APD IR#15-506616).

Adrien Jockeel Evans, BM, DOB 12/08/93, was documented on 2/21/2024, by Cpl Kinnison. Evans' Facebook profile has username "Hillside Jefe" and uses gang photo as cover photo. There are numerous photos of Evans flashing HHP gang hand signs and making Hillside references. Evans is also shown flashing Rolling 60's crip gang hand signs. Evans was also in an HHP rap video.

Xavier Andrew Freeman, BM, DOB 1/08/91, was documented on 5/16/2023 by Cpl Kinnison.
Freeman uses blooddrop emojis and HHP hand signs. Freeman replaces c with k in posts and is shown wearing a red bandana in photo. Freeman posted a photo of his children wearing red while posting blood gang hand signs. Freeman was referred to as "Kinfolk" in a comment. Freeman is known to associate with other HHP gang members. Freeman was arrested/detained with known HHP gang member, Semagea Deveon Smith on 6/17/2022 with narcotics.

Joseph Labrone Gibbs, BM, DOB 1/29/2001, was documented on 1/24/2024, by Cpl Kinnison.
Gibbs was detained with known HHP gang members, Jody Lewis and Jeronte McCampbell at Hamlet Park during a weapons investigation (APD IR#21-510013). Gibbs has "60" tattooed on his forearm and frequently posts HHP/Crip gang material on his social media. Gibbs is depicted in a photo with other Rolling 60's gang members displaying a gun, a Rolling 60's gang hand sign, and a blue bandana.

Jamari Jamel Gonzales, BM, DOB 12/10/2005, was documented on 7/29/2022, by Ofc Stanfield. Gonzales was previously documented by APD Intel Analyst Haley Hernandez. Gonzales self admitted to Ofc Stanfield that he is an HHP gang member. Ofc Stanfield also documented that Gonzales was wearing blue shoes. Gonzales is known to associate with HHP gang member, Treysean Grady. There are several photos of Gonzales on Facebook and Instagram flashing HHP and Crip gang hand signs. There is a photo of Gonzales with HHP gang member, Jeronte McCampbell. Gonzales was arrested with Treyscan Grady for aggravated robbery and UUMV (APD IR#22-507048).

Treysean Ywain Grady, BM, DOB 6/17/2006, was documented on 7/29/2022, by APD Intel Analyst Halcy Hemandez. Grady initially self admitted to being in the HHP gang to Col Marcum during an interview. Grady has also self admitted this on Facebook. There are multiple photos on Instagram of Grady with other confirmed HHP gang members. Grady admitted to Potter County Juvenile Probation Officer Aaron Brummer that he was part of the HHP gang on 3/29/2023.

Tyreese Rashaun Hall, BM, DOR 2/24/2004, was documented on 7/24/2022, by Cpl Kinnison.
Hall self admitted to being an HHP gang member to Sgt Shea Lichtie. Hall was arrested in a robbery investigation with known HHP gang member, Lareque Carter (APD IR#22-507862). Hall is shown in various photos using gang hand signs and uses label "hhpgoon".

Je'Quay Ziquan Harper, BM, DOB 3/19/2004, was documented on 4/26/2023, by Cpl Kinnison. Harper self admitted to being an HHP gang member to Ofc Kinnison (APD IR#23-506705). Harper is known to frequent 1722 NE 16" Ave (a documented gang house) and to associate with HHP gang member, Chad Lewis. Harper was detained with other gang members that he referred to as his "crew".

Artrel Zharmon Hood, BM, DOB 8/25/2002, was documented on 5/13/2023, by Cpl Kinnison.
Hood self admitted to be an HHP gang member on Facebook. Hood frequently wears red. Hood made a social media post stating "WE for the Money (FTM)". Hood is shown in multiple photos flashing the HHP gang hand signs.

Jordan Ibarra, BM, DOB 2/29/2004, was documented on 4/26/2023, by Cpl Kinnison. Ibarra was identified as a "crew member" by codefendant, and HHP gang member, Je' Quay Harper.
Ibarra is known to associate with HHP member, Chad Lewis. Ibarra is frequently depicted in the color orange on his Facebook page. Ibarra's cellphone is red with a red wallpaper of multiple people wearing red and throwing up gang signs. Ibarra was detained with other HHP gang members (APD IR#23-506705). Ibarra uses the red blood drop and HHP hand sign emojis on his Instagram page.

Corde Nikolai Jackson, BM, DOB 11/28/2008, was documented on 8/09/2024, by Cpl Kinnison. Jackson was detained on a narcotics search warrant at 2700 Arcadia St, apt# 103, with HHP gang member, Trammal Calloway (APD IR#24-512591). On Jackson's Instagram account, there are scvcral photos of him flashing the HHP gang hand sign.

Deshawn Damon Jefferson, BM, DOB 3/28/99, was documented on 7/10/2023, by Cpl Kinnison. Jefferson's Facebook pago "Papa Jefferson" has photos of him flashing the HHP and Crip gang hand signs. Jefferson was detained on a narcotics search warrant at 3229 N Hill St with HHP gang member Jostavius Stiger (APD IR#23-511287). Jefferson advertises HHP clothing on his Instagram account "TagB_alongg21". He also uses the HHP hand sign emoji on some of his Instagram posts.

Jamarion Treshawn Johnson, BM, DOB I/27/2005, was documented on 8/09/2022, by Cpl Kinnison. Johnson was detained along with HIP gang member, Trammal Calloway on a narcolics search warrant at 2700 Arcadia St, apt#103, (APD IR#24-512591). Johnson's
Instagram account was located "jaxkboiijay'". This account had images posted which depicted Johnson displaying HHP handsigns and wearing HHP gang color orange. This account also utilized images of digital graffiti in the form of emoji's that were consistent with HHP emojis. Johnson was observed participating in a gang fight between Asian Pride and Aim To Kill.

Marcus Leon Johnson, BM, DOB 9/13/2006, was documented on 8/09/2024, by Cpl Kinnison.
Johnson was detained along with HIHP gang member, Trammal Calloway on a narcotics search warrant al 2700 Arcadia St, apti 103, (APD IR#24-512591). At the time of the scarch warrant, Johnson was wearing a red hooded sweatshirt with the HHIP gang hand sign on the back. An Instagram account was located, suspected of belonging to Johnson, "breadgang60s". This account had images posted which depicted Johnson displaying numerous HHP hand signs.

Daviar Terrell Lajua Johnson, BM, DOB 11/04/97, was documented on 5/16/2023, by Cpl
Kinnison. Johnson is known to associate with HHP gang members, Jeronte McCamphell, and Jody Icwis. Johnson's Facebook profile "LilBlocc Bro" ". Johsnon is depicted in multiple photographs on his Facebook page flashing the HHP gang hand signs. It's common for crips to replace ck with co in words. On 6/10/2020 Johnson posted "Happy Crip Day" with a blue heart emoji and an HHP gang hand sign emoji. Johnson was a suspect in an aggravated assault with HHP gang member Jeronte McCampbell (APD IR#15-506616).

Mekhi Omarion Johnson, BM, DOB 3/19/2004, was documented on 3/31/2023, by Cpl Kinnison. Johnson is known to associate with Amir Kariem and T.areque Carter at 1814 Poplar St (documented gang housc) (APD IR# 22-504223). Johnson was detained with Amir Kariem during a drug "rip" (robbery)/aggravated assault (APD IR# 21-522991). Johnson is shown in Facebook photos using Crip gang hand sign. Johnson wrapped the magazine of his AR-15 with a blue bandana (APD IR# 21-514292). Johnson had a blue towel on the dashboard of his car. Johnson was detained with two gang members during drug investigation (APD IR# 23-508525).

Cornell Eugene Jones, BM, DOB 1/17/2002, was documented on 8/11/2022, by APD Intel Analyst Haley Hernandez, Jones was initially documented as Spraya Gang/ Yellow City Mafia on 8/11/2022. Jones was later documented as Yellow City Mafia on 2/24/2023. Jones was documented as HHP on 2/21/2024. Jones is depicted on Instagram flashing HHP gang hand signs. Jones was arrested with NHT gang member Scanjakob Stevens. Admitted to Sgt Lichtie that he was a YCM gang member during an interview on 8/04/2022. Depicted on social media photos wearing red and using blood hand signs and promoting NHT.

Amir Sundiata Kuriem, BM, DOB 7/23/2004, was documented on 3/31/2023, by Cpl Kinnison. Kariem is shown in a photo he posted on Facebook flashing HHP gang hand signs. Kariem was detained with Mekhi Johnson during drug "rip" (robbery)/aggravated assault (APD IR# 21-522991). Detained on a traffic stop with Mekhi Johnson and Lareque Carter.

George Leftrich, BM, DOB 8/08/90, was documented on 7/19/2023 by Ofc Malatesta. Leftrich self admitted to being an HHIP gang member on his Facebook with "Hillside of no side" which is common of HHP gang members. Leftrich has an JIHIP gang hand sign sticker on his vehicle. Leftrich is shown in phots on Facebook flashing WHP gang hand signs with other HHP gang members.

Chad Daveigh Lewis, BM, DOB 8/08/2003, was documented on 8/22/2022, by APD Intel Analyst Haley Hernandez. Lewis self admitted to Ofc Malatesta that he was HHP/YCM gang member. During an interview with Sgt Lichtie, an informant stated that Lewis was YCM/SG. Lewis is shown in Facebook photos flashing HHP gang hand signs and wearing the color blue.

Jody Joe Lewis, B.M, DOB 7/21/96, was documented on 2/26/2024, by Cpl Kinnison. Lewis self admitted to being in the HHP gang on a traffic stop to Cpl Kinnison (APD IR# 23-506694). Lewis has a tattoo of a 5 pointed star on his left forearm. Lewis uses the HHP gang hand sign emoji in his Instagram bio, and lists his Snapchat handle us "hillsidemojoe". Lewis is shown in photos on his Instagram flashing HHP gang hand signs.

Steve Lewis, BM, DOB 6/28/88, was documented on 10/19/2022, by Sgt Lichtie. Lewis self admitted to being in the HHP gang 1o Sgt Lichtie during an interview. Lewis is known to frequent documented gang locations. Lewis is also known to associate with other known HHP gang members.

Kezabien Dionle Mayes, BM, DOB 3/16/2004, was documented on 10/03/2022, by Cpl Kinnison. Mayes was originally documented as an Avalon Crip, but updated to HHP on 2/27/2024. Mayes self admitted during an interview with Sgt Lichtie that he claims Hamlet now. Mayes committed a robbery with other known gang members. Mayes has an "Avalon" tattoo on his neck.

Jeronte Tyree McCampbell, BM, DOB 11/03/95, was documented on 4/06/2023, by Cpl Kinnison. McCampbell was stopped by an officer and a fellow gang member drove by and shouted "That's crip". McCampbell is known to associate with other documented HHP gang member, Jody Lewis. McCampbell was observed at a crip member funeral and associating with other HHP gang members. McCampbell was detained with crip gang member, Isaiah Cabello (APD IR# 23-504798). McCampbell frequently wears orange and is seen waving an orange flag in a rap video.

Herbert McClenton Jr, BM, DOB 8.04/2005, was documented on 8/02/2023, by Cpl Kinnison. A victim in a robbery identified McClenton as an HHP gang member (APD IR# 23-511721). McClenton's Facebook photos depict him flashing HHP gang hand signs. McClenton was shot with documented Bloods gang member, Terrence Owens (APD IR# 21-509820).

Jabriel Sabur Mitchell, BM, DOB 5/30/2007, was documented on 10/27/2022, by Cpl Kinnison. Mitchell self admits to being an HHP gang member on on his Instagram pagc. Mitchell is seen wearing orange in photos on his social media. Mitchell is shown flashing HHP and Crip gang hand signs on his Instagram. Mitchell is also claiming T4M.

D'Vadrian Shandel Moore, BM, DOB 7/31/2002, was documented on 5/13/2023, by Cpl Kinnison. Moore was originally documented as Blood/FTM, but was updated on 2/21/2024, to HHP/Blood. Moore is depicted in photos on his Instagram flashing the HHP gang hand signs. Moore is also depicted in several photos wearing red and brandishing pistols. Moore uses the blooddrop cmoji and states "Ion got no family I kall my brothas blood" in his bio.

Marquan Sylvester Moore, BM, DOB 5/22/2004, was documented on 7/10/2023, by Cpl Kinnison. Moore's Instagram, shows him in a photo flashing an HHP gang hand sign with the caption, "M.O.B. X F.O.E. X HHP". Moore was detained on a narcotic search warrant at 3229 N. Hill with confirmed HHP member Jostavius Stiger and also Deshaun Jefferson (APD IR# 23-511287).

Timothy Lawrence Moore, BM, DOB 5/22/92, was documented on 2/21/2024, by Cpl Kinnison. Cpl Laur observed Moore throwing HHP gang signs 1o another inmate while being booked into Potter County Jail. Moore has "6" "0" tattooed on his shoulders. Moore has "Hamlet Hillside" displayed on his Facebook page. Moore is depicted in photos on his Facebook flashing HHP gang hand signs.

Josaya Jude Nevarez, HM, DOB 6/11/2001, was documented on 10/04/2022, by Cpl Kinnison. Nevarez's Facebook shows photos of him flashing HHP gang hand signs. There are multiple photos of Nevarez with other documented gang members. Nevarez frequents 1615 Currie In, a known gang hangout. Josaya is mentioned in HHP rival gang (NS-16) rap song. Fugitive gang member Keyshawn Horn was arrested at Nevarez's house with him present at the time.

Terrance Adrian Owens, BM. DOB 7/30/2001, was documented on 1/20/2023, by Cpl Kinnison. Owens was originally documented as Rolling 60's Crip, but was updated to HHP/Rolling 60's Crip on 2/21/2024. Owens os depicted in photos on his Facebook page flashing HHP gang hand signs. Owens is also depicted flashing the crip gang hand signs. Owens has been arrested several times with Rolling 60's Crip member, Jeremiah Sigala.

Ukobe Keyshawn Peterson, BM, DOB 12/12/2002, was documented on 9/29/2022, by Cpl Kinnison. Peterson was involved in a homicide with other gang members (APD IR# 22-515952). Peterson is known to frequent 1617 Currie Ln, which is a known gang hangout. Peterson was also observed leaving and visiting with known HHP gang members at 3229 N. Hill and 3015 N. Vernon, known gang areas. Peterson is depicted in photos on his Facebook consistently wearing the color red, and flashing Bloods gang hand signs.

Calvin Lynn Roddy, BM, DOB 3/13/90, was documented on 8/10/2022, by Cpl Kinnison. Roddy was originally documented as North Heights Thugs (HT), but was updated to HHP on 2/21/2024. Roddy has been documented numerous times at 2044 NW 12th Ave. with other known "NHT" gang members. Roddy is depicted in photos on Facebook flashing HHP gang hand signs. Roddy is also observed flashing the HHP gang hand sign at Players Club surveillance footage prior to a shooting (APD IR# 23-514255).

Jostavius Tyrell Stiger, BM, DOB 6/30/2004, was documented on 7/29/2022, by APD Intel Analyst Haley Hernandez. Stiger claims UHP on his Instagram page. Stiger is depicted in photos on social media with multiple other HHP gang members, and flashing HHP gang hand signs. Stiger was present during two separate narcotics investigations w/ other HHP members (APD IR# 23-511330 & 23-511287).

Marcus Carnell Stiger, BM, DOB 1/26/99, was documented on 1/19/2024, by Cpl Bettag. Stiger is depicted in photos on his Facebook wearing orange and flashing HHP gang hand signs. Stiger was detained at 2827 Magnolia with Marquan Moore (Known HHP Member) during a search warrant at this address for narcotics (APD IR# 24-500460).

Rmoney Kyavean Cashun Thomas, BM, DOB 3/29/2006, was documented on 7/29/2022, by APD Intel Analyst Haley Hernandez. Thomas's grandfather admitted to Ofc Beard that Thomas is a member of HHP. Thomas is depicted on Instagram flashing HHP gang hand signs. Thomas was a co-suspect in an aggravated assault deadly weapon with other HHP gang members (APD IR# 22-509634). Thomas was also a suspect in another aggravated assault deadly weapon over graffiti (APD IR# 23-509121).
