A woman who was arrested after a kidnapping call is indicted for murder.

The indictment is from November but was unsealed today.

On Nov. 30, 2018, Marisela Lopez, 29, was arrested in Odessa after police discovered she had a warrant for murder out of Amarillo.  She has since been indicted in the murder of Rene Soto.

Four others have also been indicted in that murder.

Back in June, officials said there was a dispute over a car in the 700 block of North Cleveland.

Soto was shot multiple times and died later at the hospital.
