Gerardo Dominguez, 17, a Gray County resident, was arrested, taken to the Gray County jail and charged with aggravated assault in connection with the Oct. 11 fight, the spokeswoman said. He has posted a $100,000 bond, she said.

The spokeswoman said the office could not release additional details about what caused the fight because an investigation is ongoing. She said Dominguez could face additional charges.

Klink is the third Gray County man to die following altercations since September.

Carlos A. Hernandez, 19, died at Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo after he was shot at a residence in Pampa. His accused killer, Juan Daniel Cano, 25, of Pampa, has been charged with murder.

ALAMOSA, Colo. - An Amarillo man has been arrested on kidnapping charges and his alleged victim has been freed after she slipped a note to a southern Colorado store clerk pleading for help.

Alamosa police arrested 25-year-old John D. Gutierrez of Amarillo on Sunday outside a farm-and-ranch store where he and the alleged victim had been shopping.

Authorities say a store clerk called police after the woman gave the clerk the note and mouthed "help me."

Police say the woman told investigators Gutierrez took her captive a month ago and forced her to travel with him across New Mexico and Colorado and possibly other states.
