The Amarillo Police Department reports that a 15-year-old suspect in connection with the murder of Deandre Lamadris Graham, 33, is in custody.
APD said police are still investigating the incident.
AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – The Amarillo Police Department reported that the victim of the Wednesday morning fatal shooting on Bell Street was 33-year-old Deandre Lamadris Graham. Further, described the suspect in Graham’s killing as “armed and dangerous.”
A 15-year-old was identified by police as the suspect in the case. They were described as 6 feet tall, 155 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Police said that he has a “Directive to Apprehend for Murder” and is believed to be armed and dangerous.

AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – The Amarillo Police Department announced that it is investigating the death of one person on the scene of a Bell Street shooting Wednesday morning.
The police reported that officers responded to an apartment building on the 1500 block of South Bell Street at around 5 a.m. Wednesday after a call regarding a shooting. One man died at the scene, and the Amarillo Police Department Homicide Detectives were reported to be investigating.
“The suspect has been identified,” said the Amarillo Police Department, “but is not in custody at this time.”
