Billy James Bogus Jr., 47, died April 1 after being stabbed outside an apartment building. Neighbor Jimmy Dean Edwards, 45, was charged with murder but a Potter County grand jury nobilled him in July. Rebecca King, 47th district attorney, said the case involved self-defense on both sides and mutual combat, making it difficult to prosecute.
