I, Kerry B. Blackerby, being duly sworn, depose and state:

I am a Task Force Officer assigned to the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in Amarillo, Texas. I have been employed with Randall County Sheriffs Office 18 years.

As part of my duties as a Task Force Officer, I investigate criminal violations related to narcotics trafficking and illegal drug smuggling. I have been involved in several investigations of illegal contraband and have specialized training and knowledge in investigating the illicit smuggling, transportation, and trafficking of narcotics in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Section 84l(a)(l).

This affidavit is made in support of a complaint and arrest warrant for RAMIREZ, Billie Jean. I am familiar with the information contained in this affidavit based upon my own personal investigation, as well as conversations with other law enforcement officers involved in this investigation.

On 11/10/2020 Members of Amarillo Police Narcotics Unit identified 4431 South Bowie Amarillo, Texas as a possible narcotics house. A narcotics search warrant was executed at the residence. Upon a search of the residence, officers located approximately 449 gross grams of a crystalline substance in a closet. This substance did test positive for methamphetamine. RAMIREZ was present during the execution of the search warrant and was subsequently interviewed. This interview was recorded and RAMIREZ was advised of her Miranda rights. RAMIREZ agreed to speak with agents. RAMIREZ stated the methamphetamine located in the house was hers, and she was planning on selling the methamphetamine. RAMIREZ stated she had been selling methamphetamine for some time.

- The amount of methamphetamine located in possession of RAMIREZ is indicative of distribution and not mere possession.
