Amarillo, TX - An Amarillo man is re-indicted on murder charges stemming from a shooting death over the 2012 Easter weekend.
20-year-old Matthew Mason has been indicted by the Potter County Grand Jury on 1st degree murder and assault with a deadly weapon.
The charges stem from the death of Adrian Chavez, who was gunned down at his convenience store, La Esquina, during a robbery.
Mason had been charged last May, but his case was dropped in July before DNA found on a mask near that store led to the latest indictments.
Mason remains jailed in Potter County on 500,000 dollars bond.
If convicted, he faces up to life in prison and a 10,000 dollar fine.
