Kenneth Duane Balentine was sentenced today by a Potter County Judge.

25 years in prison is the punishment handed to Balentine. He was found guilty of murder last month.

Balentine was arguing with 29 year old Justin Hobbs at Hobb's home on Tennant street.

Police say Balentine then shot Hobbs to death.
