Joseph David Woods, 24, was stabbed to death September 11 in the parking lot of Brighton Court Apartments, 1550 Bell Street while checking the lot for auto burglars. Two 16-year-olds and the 17-year-old were released to their parents. The other 16-year-old was certified as an adult to stand trial for the murder
