Man indicted for murder

A 57-year-old laborer was indicted Wednesday by the Potter County Grand Jury on a charge of murder.

Millis Cady, 802 N. Van Buren, Is aceused in the May 8 beating death of Jennie Elizabeth Kyle, 59, of the same address.

An autopsy showed the woman died as the result of a massive brain hemorrhage and hemorhages of her lungs and larynx
