AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — Two men have been arrested in connection to the homicide that took place at Eastridge Park Wednesday evening.
According to Amarillo police, the APD Special Crimes Unit arrested two men on Thursday, who were identified as the suspects responsible for the homicide of Jamor Durrell Lee.
Witnesses had reported seeing two men assaulting another man at the park, police said. The victim, who was identified as Lee, was taken to the hospital where he later died.
Police released a photo of one of the suspects and the suspect vehicle Thursday morning.
After receiving information identifying the pair, APD said investigators obtained arrest warrants for 23-year-old Hrang Lian Mang and 19-year-old David Sui Cue Lian.
Police said Mang is charged with Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury and Lian was arrested for murder.
Both men were booked into the Potter County Jail on their charges, according to APD.
