Amarillo police are investigating a Wednesday night armed robbery at Family Dollar, 403 S. Western St.

At 9:12 p.m., a black man wearing a pink do-rag robbed the store at gunpoint, police said. He was last seen fleeing south on foot from the store.

No injuries were reported.
