Jason Martinez, 20, was stabbed during a fight with his mother's boyfriend May 8. Martinez died during surgery at Northwest Texas Hospital. The boyfriend was questioned by police at the hospital and then later was released. A Potter County grand jury did not indict the boyfriend in connection with Martinez's death.
