Horace Green, 79, and Rosie Ann Green, 65, were indicted in May 2012 in the Jan. 28, 1987, killing of Arthur Campbell, 23, according to court records. A landlord found Campbell’s body on the living room floor at 2344 N.W. 14th Ave. and called police. Campbell had been shot in the back of the head.
