Three people are indicted in connection to the death of an Amarillo man.

Brett Thomas Hughes, 22, is charged with aggravated kidnapping, and tampering with evidence.

Robert Hathcoat, 21, is charged with aggravated kidnapping.

And Clifton Baker, 31, is facing a charge of tampering with evidence.

Andrew Garcia, 26, was reported missing back in April of last year.

Police found Garcia’s remains along the railroad tracks at Rockwell Road, back in June.

Police say Hathcoat and Hughes kidnapped Garcia.

Hughes and Baker, then allegedly removed the body from the scene of the crime.

No trial date has been set.
