On February 3, 2009, a 3-year old, residing at 3005 NE 11th, died as a result of a blunt force injury to the head, along with malnourishment and dehydration.

His mother, Diane Fuentes, 26 and her boyfriend, Adam Adame, 18, have been filed on for Injury to a Child by Omission, and their trials are pending.
