JOSEPH PAUL MIRELES, 19, OF AMARILLO died Feb. 11 after he was shot in the 700 block
of North Wilson Street. Javier Delgado, 19, of Amarillo was indicted Aug. 3 on charges of
manslaughter and possession of prohibited weapons in connection with Mireles' death.
He is awaiting trial and in the Potter County Detention Center.
