Now, when I met Colton, it was the beginning of 2021. January 12, 2021 to be exact, which was also the same day he was released off parole. We were together all the way until a little after he was arrested which was 2 days before his 30th birthday.

Ricky Peebles was my best friend, I knew that boy since he was 14 years old, we've got allot of history together, as well as Brent only difference we had been friends only a year.

Anyways, that night, the night Trevor was murdered, I wont ever forget it. I was in my room, pulling on my sneakers, getting ready to leave because I was already upset with colton due to a fight we had a little before trevor had walked thru the door.

Now, before trevor ever was shot, it was a few hours before but, Trevor, Ricky and colton had gotten into an altercation. Trevor was able to get away from Colton and Ricky before he got beat up anymore. Trevor had jumped into his dark green what looks like to be a ford explorer with his fiance, Ashley Poisel, (who was sitting in the front seat of the car), and sped off.

Well, Ricky and colton had obtained a .380 revolver from Trevor, who had jammed 3 .9 mill bullets into the .380. Colton couldn't get the bullets out of the revolver. They were in there good.

But anyways, a few hours rolls by, colton and I were in our room arguing about something, when Ricky comes in and tells colton that Trevor's on his way back but he's bringing Brent, "Ace," back to handle up on colton and Ricky. I had had about enough at that point.

I looked at colton, mad. "I'm not dealing with another unnecessary fist fight between you 3 boys, my anxiety cant take it again," so I sat on the floor and started pulling on my sneakers,

colton had walked out of the room and made his way down the hall to the living room. I was in the middle of trying my sneaker, when I had looked up and seen Ricky standing in the hall way of my opened bedroom door, holding a .9 mill rugar but he was facing in the direction of the living room. When Trevor had walked into the trailer, he didn't see Ricky standing down the hall because the front door was in the way.

Trevor hadn't said two words, when Ricky unloaded his clip. 6 shots were fired from that gun. All 6 shots went through the front door, and hit Trevor.

People have been going around town saying stupid rumors, that colton killed trevor, or he was apart of it. Now I'm telling you all this because, I'm not about to let the truth die. Its bill, that colton's looking at a capital murder by terroristic threat charge when he 1. Didnt pull the trigger, Ricky did. And 2. If it was a terroristic threat that means colton had to have threatened Trevor's life before he was killed. But he didn't.

Colton's freedom was taken for no reason. He doesn't even get the chance to meet our daughter, and she'll be a year old December 11th this year. I found out I was pregnant 2 months after he had been arrested. We may be separated but, he's the father of my little girl, and he deserves to be apart of her life, not seeing her through video visits or watching her grow up through photos.


