APD’s Special Crimes Unit obtained a murder warrant for Tyzer Torojajomel Daniels. The 41-year-old, who is 6-foot-6 and 220 pounds, had not been found by Saturday evening.

Daniels is sought in the shooting death of Kendrick Rashad Mayes, 34.

Mayes was found dead about 3 a.m. Saturday in a parking lot in the 2300 block of the Fritch Highway, near Northeast 24th Avenue, with a gunshot wound to the chest.

According to his Facebook profile, Mayes was a forklift operator at Tyson Foods and has an infant son.
