Jose Alberto Martinez received 5 years for killing fiancee

During the Month of December 2007 the Special Crimes unit worked 5 homicides beginning on December 11 and continuing through December 13, December 16, December 21 and December 23. All of these Homicides are still being actively investigated.

On December 25, 2007 The Special Crimes unit was assigned to investigate the Officer-involved shooting of Duane Schneider. The officer involved was No-billed by a Potter County Grand Jury. H
