Police were dispatched June 22 to the 4000 block of Beaver Drive on a call of a man being stabbed and found 72-year-old Eugene Bart Hillburn bleeding from multiple stab wounds. Hillburn died a short time later.

Police arrested Regina Gail McCollom, 24, at the scene. She was later charged and indicted on one count of murder.
