An assault case in Amarillo is now a homicide case and police need your help finding who is responsible.

Preliminary autopsy results show 36-year-old David Glen Cates died from blunt force trauma to the head.

It was March 26th when Gates was taken to an Amarillo hospital unconscious.

Police say cates was assaulted the day before at Bosco's lounge in the 2300 block of West 6th.
