AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — Woman wanted out of Potter County has been located and arrested.

According to the Amarillo Police Department, "Jessica Lynn Black was located in the 2600 block of South Bowie and arrested for her warrant. She was booked into the Potter County Detention Center.'
