Meyers struck a 1995 Buick LeSabre driven by a 69-year-old woman who was driving northbound. She left the incident unharmed. Meyers’ car then hit the left side of a 2000 Ford Mustang driven by Serrano, which caused it to spin, prosecutors said. Serrano later died at Northwest Texas Hospital, police said.
