AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — Four people were arrested, including three teenagers, after an attempted robbery and shooting at an apartment complex in Amarillo.

Around 4:30 p.m. Thursday, police were dispatched to a shooting in the 2800 Block of SW 28th Avenue.

A 17-year-old male had been shot.

He was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

After talking to witnesses, police determined an attempted robbery led to the shooting.

Chase Hunt,17, was identified as the shooter. He was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Dylon Raymor,17, was arrested for tampering with evidence, failure to report a felony causing serious bodily injury, and unlawfully carrying a weapon.

Cameron Hunter, 21, was also arrested for failure to report a felony causing serious bodily injury.

The fourth suspect is a juvenile. Their name and charges were not released.
