AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - Five Amarillo residents after a federal grand jury indicted them Thursday for conspiring to sell methamphetamine.

According to court documents, during the summer of 2021, law enforcement began investigating into a drug trafficking organization that was believed to be selling meth in and around Amarillo.

As the investigation continued law enforcement were able to identify several members of the organization.

On July, 2021, law enforcement had a federal search warrant for Keisha Telles on La Salle Street.

Telles was not home during the search where law enforcement found meth on the top shelf of the kitchen.

Officers later learned that Telles moved from the address to Milam Street for fear of arrest.

On November 15, 2021, officials recorded a call with Telles and arranged a meeting at her house.

During the meeting, Telles offered to supply meth to the cooperating source.

On November 17, under operation, officials called Telles to purchase meth for $1,200.

Telles told the source that the stash was located at N. Louisiana Street and met Telles to complete the purchase.

During the meeting Telles mentioned the supplier to be Antonio Levario or ‘Shawty Mac’.

Telles mentioned that more meth would be given at a later date.

In August 2021, Amarillo officials interviewed a defendant mentioning that his source supply for meth was Christina Ramos who supplied multi-pounds of meth to him.

On September 23, 2021, the officials source conducted a buy-walk of meth from Ramos for $600.

During the transaction, the source met Ramos at a storage complex and bought the meth.

On October 26, 2021, officials conducted a surveillance at Ramos’ home and followed him to Keisha Telles home.

Ramos and Telles were later seen leaving with a vehicle and stopped by an officer for a traffic stop where Ramos was questioned about the contents in his pockets and in Telles’s purse.

Telles was arrested and booked into Randall County Jail and Ramos was taken to the Amarillo Police Department for further questioning.

Ramos confessed that meeting Telles was to arrange a resupply of methamphetamine through Telles’s boyfriend, James Allmond. He told officials the resupply was to take place that evening.

During an operation, on June 17, 2021, an agent purchased $100 of meth from Jones.

On October, 2021 Jones admitted to being supplied with meth from Ramos.

After the arrest of Jones for multiple felony warrants, Jones confesses that Ramos was a source of supply.

On December 21, 2021, officials arrest James Allmond for a parole violation warrant. During the arrest Allmond was seen reaching into his vehicles door panel.

Officials searched the vehicle and found several plastic baggies of meth.

During an interview, Allmond admitted to the possession of meth found in the truck and consented to a search of his phone.

On thew same date, Allmond admitted to receiving the meth from his girlfriend, Keisha Telles.

In January 2022, law enforcement looked at the information found on Allmond’s phone and found several different messages of conversation threads between saved numbers related to sale and use of meth.

Law enforcement also found several images related to firearms, cash and use of meth.

In August 2021, officials discovered Joseph Samora was supplied meth by Christina Ramos.

On September 1, 2021, Samora left his apartment and was stopped for a traffic violation by an officer.
