Trey Carter, 14, was killed by a bullet to the head Sept. 12 while he sat in the parking lot of the Golden Spread Skateway, 2603 Linda Circle. Investigators originally thought the incident was a drive-by shooting but now say that they are not sure of the origin of the bullet. No arrests have been made in the case
