Amarillo, Texas - An Amarillo man has been found guilty of murder for the 2007 death of another man.

A Potter County jury convicted Kenneth Duane Balentine Thursday in the shooting death of Justin Hobbs in December of 2007.

29 year old Hobbs was shot at his home on Tennant St. in Amarillo.

Balentine and Hobbs apparently were arguing when Hobbs was shot.

Balentine's sentence will be decided next week.
