A fourth suspect in the death of an Amarillo man whose body was found under concrete in a grain elevator has turned himself in to authorities.

Destry Keeling went voluntarily to the Randall County Sheriff's Department on Friday and was charged with tampering with evidence in the case, said Lt. Gary Trupe of Potter-Randall Special Crimes Unit.

Keeling remained in police custody on Saturday.

Keeling is accused of helping bury the body of Dustin Shawn Pool, 26, at an abandoned grain elevator in rural Randall County.

Pool had been missing since March until police recovered his body in the elevator about 10 miles south of downtown Amarillo. Police found the body Sunday based on a tip.

An autopsy showed Pool died of blunt-force trauma and suffocation.

Police also have charged Joshua Bledsoe and Joshua Stocker with murder and Francisco "Frank" Rodriguez Chacon for with tampering with evidence. All three are in the Randall County Jail on $1 million bond each.

One suspect told investigators that the murder suspects had met in late January to discuss retaliating against Pool for making threats against them.

Keeling was expected to appear in court on Monday.
