AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — Amarillo Police Department detectives have identified four suspects in the March 20 shooting in the parking lot at 5807 SW 45th Avenue.
According to officials, on April 18, a Randall County Grand Jury indicted Melchor James Vences, 23, Angelo Joseph Palma-Esquivel, 22, Brooklyn Marie Turner, 20, and Israel Juan Baca, 19, each on three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
That same day, APD SWAT team members located Vences, Palma-Esquivel and Turner at a residence in the 3600 block of Center Avenue. The three suspects were arrested for their warrants and booked into the Randall County Jail.
Inside the residence, officers located four guns, ammunition, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Baca was located by SWAT team members on Thursday driving a vehicle in the 3900 block of Linda Drive. He was taken into custody and booked into the Randall County Jail for his warrants.
