2009-09-10

On September 10, 2009 the remains of a baby boy were located at 4231 W 11th.

It was determined that the baby boy had been delivered several days prior. He was born alive and had been suffocated.

An Indian Female, 15 was taken into custody and was found to be the mother of the baby.

The 15 yr old has been charged with Capital Murder and is currently in the Detention Center awaiting trial.
