AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — The Randall County Sheriff's Office is investigating after a woman's body was found Tuesday morning.

According to Danny Alexander with the RCSO, family members of the 42-year-old woman found her body at a home in the 8900- block of East Hollywood Road. Sheriffs were called to the scene just after 11:30 a.m.

Alexander said there were "no obvious signs" as to the cause of death and the RCSO is investigating the incident.

The woman's body is being sent to Lubbock for an autopsy.
