An Amarillo man now faces up to twenty years behind bars after being convicted in connection with a deadly wreck.

Albert Charles Kucinski was found guilty of reckless manslaughter Tuesday afternoon by a Randall County jury.

It was May of 2004 when police say Kucinski slammed head-on into a car driven by John David Soto of Hereford...killing Soto.

Investigators say the accident happened when Kucinski was in a no-passing zone.

On top of jail time, Kucinski faces up to 10-thousand dollars in fines.
