The father of a 3-month-old found dead in his home has been charged with killing his son. Hutchinson County Sheriff Guy Rowh said investigators charged Johnathon Frank Athey, 27, with one count of murder on Wednesday.

Investigators said Athey is accused of killing his son, 3-month-old Dustin Athey, April 19 inside a home in the Sanford Estates development near Fritch.
