AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — Amarillo police are investigating a homicide after two people were found dead inside a mobile home.

Around 12:15 p.m. police were called to the Lakeview Mobile Home Park located at 7865 Canyon Drive.

Officers found two bodies inside the mobile home.

Police later said the two bodies were found to have gunshot wounds.

The victims have been identified as Tyler Knight, 33, and Bethany Mullican, 29.

A family member was taken into custody for the murders, police said.

The Amarillo Police Department's Homicide Unit is investigating.
