Grand jury indicts man on murder charge in brother's shooting

A Potter County grand jury has indicted Gabriel Olmos-Serna, 43, for the fatal shooting of his brother Nov. 5 in northeast Amarillo.

Serna, 43, is charged with murder in the shooting of 29-year-old Guadalupe Olmos in the parking lot of DeBruce Grain, 620 N. Marrs St.

Investigators have not discussed a motive in the shooting. Potter County jail officials said Tuesday that Olmos-Serna was free on $15,000 bond.
