AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — The Amarillo Police Department has issued a warrant for a second suspect in the 2016 murder of Charlesetta Telford through the continued investigation of the Special Crimes Unit.

According to police, on Thursday, a capital murder of multiple persons warrant was issued for Jessica Lynn Black, 37, out of Potter County.

Anyone with information on Black's location is asked to call APD at (806) 378-3038, the Special Crimes Unit at (806) 378-9468 or Amarillo Crime Stoppers at (806) 374-4400. Anonymous tips can also be submitted online at www.amapolice.org.

The first suspect, Anthony Dwion Richards remains in custody at the Potter County Detention Center on a $500,000 bond.
