Police are still searching for information on a man who robbed an Amarillo Family Dollar.

Thu, 19 Mar 2015 15:40:39 GMT — Police are still searching for information on a man who robbed an Amarillo Family Dollar.

On March 18 at 9:12 p.m., Amarillo police officers were sent to the Family Dollar at 433 S. Western on a robbery that just occurred. Upon arrival, officers learned that a black man entered the store armed with a pistol. He located an employee inside the store, pointed a pistol at her, and demanded her to open the registers.

The employee complied and the suspect took undisclosed amount of money from the cash registers. The suspect is described as being 5'10", 160 lbs., wearing a grey hoodie with a pink bandana covering his face. There were no reported injuries.
