Andrew Michael Garcia, 26, according to police, was last seen on April 4 in the 2100-block of North Marrs Street.

Several witnesses, police said, said Garcia might be in danger. The case was then transferred to the Special Crimes Unit.

Garcia was described as being 5-foot-11-inches and 175 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair. He has multiple tattoos.
