Amarillo police arrested a woman on Wednesday in connection with the shooting death of Jeremie Ray Gomez in January. According to the Amarillo Police Department, Homicide Unit detectives obtained a murder warrant for Jaicelyn Morgan Anzualdua, 20, on Wednesday. Anzualdua was found by APD SWAT in the 3600 block of Rio Grande and was arrested for her warrant and booked into the Potter County Detention Center. The shooting is still under investigation.

AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — Amarillo police arrested a woman on Wednesday in connection with the shooting death of Jeremie Ray Gomez in January.

According to the Amarillo Police Department, Homicide Unit detectives obtained a murder warrant for Jaicelyn Morgan Anzualdua, 20, on Wednesday.

Anzualdua was found by APD SWAT in the 3600 block of Rio Grande and was arrested for her warrant and booked into the Potter County Detention Center.

The shooting is still under investigation.
