On or about May 27, 2020, in the Amarillo Division of the Northern District of Texas, and elsewhere, Doshon Lee Johnson, also known as "Nolia Boy Tat", defendant, did knowingly and intentionally possess with intent to distribute a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of psilocin, a Schedule I controlled substance, in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Sections 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(C).

On May 27, 2020, an Amarillo Police Department undercover officer (APD UC) made contact with Doshon Lee Johnson through Snapchat. The UC officer asked Johnson if he could sell psilocin mushrooms to the UC. Johnson replied that he could sell the UC psilocin mushrooms. Johnson quoted the UC the price for two ounces of mushrooms, which was $500.

Johnson agreed to meet the UC at the Toot N Totum located at 950 S. Buchanan, Amarillo, Texas. At 4:39 p.m., the UC texted Johnson and let him know that the UC was at the Toot N Totum. Johnson responded that he was driving a blue Escalade. Johnson arrived in the elude Escalade and drove to where the UC was parked. Once parked, Johnson handed the UC a white grocery sack containing the psilocin mushrooms. The UC handed Johnson $500. Johnson told the UC that he could sell the UC additional psilocin mushrooms in the future.
